FISH FINGERS
ABOUT Fish fingers RECIPE
Fish fingers known as fish sticks in north america. This is a quick dish which is full of nutritions especially vitamin E .This is a good appetit.
Ingredients Serving: 4
- Fish (king fish) - 250grams
- Ginger Paste - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic paste - 1 Tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoon
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
- Maida / all purpose flour - 1 cup
- Egg- 1 no.
- Red chilli powder- 1 tablespoon
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Wash the fish and remove the skin and bones.
- Boil the fish and mash it
- In a bowl add lemon juice ,pepper,salt, ginger & garlic paste,red chilli powder, 1/2 cup maida and boiled fish
- Make the mixture into fingers
- Heat the oil for frying
- Now roll the fish in remaining flour and dip in the egg and finally in bread crumbs
- Deep fry the fish in hot oil
- Serve the fish with lemon halves and tomato sauce . Garnish with parsley
